Based on legitimate interests, the hotel group will process the Guest's personal data in order to send marketing messages about the tourist products and services provided by the Data Controller, all with a view to providing a better service to the Guest.
However, the Guest may at any time object to this processing without said objection affecting or restricting the performance of the main contract.

The Data Controller undertakes to apply all technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data, ensuring compliance with the obligation of professional secrecy, as well as with the obligations applicable under the current regulation.
The obligation of professional secrecy will be maintained indefinitely even when the contractual relationship has ended.
The hotel group processes guest details to manage the contractual relationship according to the terms and conditions established in the contracts, pursuant to Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.
The Guest is hereby informed that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be retained for the entire duration of the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, until the expiration of the time limits of actions which could derive from the performance of the contract. Said data will be encrypted when it has ceased to be relevant for the fulfilment of said purpose.
Likewise, when the encryption derives from the exercise of the right to object provided for in Article 21(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Data Controller may retain the identification details of the data subject if they are necessary to prevent future processing for direct marketing purposes.
The Guest is hereby informed that failure to provide the required details will render it impossible to sign the contract. The Guest may exercise their right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability by contacting the Customer Service Department of VDC DEN BOSSA, S.L. at CALLE LOPEZ DE HOYOS 198, 2-E, 28002 MADRID (SPAIN).
The Guest may also request information about their rights or lodge a complaint via the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid (Spain).
