The re-entry policy depends on each event and will be communicated at the entrance. In general, re-entry is not guaranteed once you have left the venue.
Events run from 16:00 to 23:00. The exact door-opening time (16:00 or 17:00) may vary by event and will be indicated for each date.

In exceptional cases and due to force majeure it could be modified; this will be communicated as far in advance as possible. Changes of artist do not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled in full.
They are held outdoors in the pool area. In the event of adverse weather, the organiser will assess whether it goes ahead as normal, in reduced form, or is suspended, and will announce this via the website and social media.
Yes. The Bora Bora pool is the main stage, set up for each event with stage, sound and lighting. In addition, from 30 June we will have Ibiza Sónica Radio with its own studio at the hotel throughout the season.
During event hours the pool is reserved for the party and closed for swimming.
Yes. On event days, the pool bar opens from 13:00 to 15:00 and during the event the party bar operates (16:00–23:00). On non-event days, the bar opens from 13:00 to 21:00 with background music. Consumption is not included in the ticket.
Yes, there is a VIP area with table service. For reservations and prices, contact us before the event.
Only in the designated, signposted areas. Smoking is prohibited in the pool, bar and stage areas.
Yes: 18 years. Official ID will be requested at the access control.
Consuming outside food or drink is not permitted in the pool area or in the event venue. Guests staying with us may do so inside their apartment.
Glass bottles, cans, outside drinks, professional or large-format cameras, drones, folding chairs or any object that poses a risk. Access staff may confiscate them.
Yes, at the entrances and inside the venue throughout the event. Security may deny or withdraw access in case of inappropriate behaviour.

Yes: a new continental breakfast PLUS served at the Bossa Mar restaurant from 09:00 to 12:30. Add it to your booking on our website for €9 per person per day (exclusive direct-booking price) or request it at reception during your stay for €18 per person per day.
At check-in, you will receive a stamped ticket with your details and the valid dates. You only need to present it at Bossa Mar within the established hours to enjoy your breakfast. The ticket is personal, valid for a single use and must be handed to the Bossa Mar staff at the time of service. If lost, it cannot be replaced or used on dates other than those indicated.
